BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

I love love love this place!!! I see Dr. Matt and he's a miracle worker for my pain. I'm a paraplegic with a lot of medical issues to say the least and he finds a way to help them all! Better even than my other docs, medication & physical therapy, I've tried them all and get the fastest lasting relief from my chiro treatments. They are very wheelchair accessible which is hard to find! All of the staff is wonderful, and there's hardly ever any waiting both to get an appointment and to see a docto
